Ride Pass

Saturday and Sunday Cameron was able to get a ride pass to come home for the day. It was so so so nice to have him home yesterday for a few hours, but it was so so so hard for him to go back to the hospital. He is home again today and I am hoping that he has an easier time going back tonight. He really is doing great and I expect him to be able to come home for good very soon. I don't have much time right now to write as much as I would like, but when I am home again I will try and get the whole story written.

RAMON is the Tech that worked with us the most.  Cam liked him so much that he named his new Webkinz Gecko RAMON!
I can't get this picture to flip??   This is Nurse DAVE.  Seriously the best Nurse ever! He was totally born to be a nurse in a Children's Hospital.  Cameron loved him and he made us laugh when we really needed it, especially Cameron!

April!!! I haven't checked your blog in too long and to check it and find out about your poor sweet Cameron!!! He is in our prayers now! Wow, what a stressful, eventful, unexpected ride you have been on! I can't even imagine what the past weeks have been like for you. My brother Mark was diagnosed with Gillan Bierre(sp?) after having paralysis of the face (this was a few years ago). But his case was way more mild than Cam's. It was very scary for him, and he had a full recovery. I am sure Cameron will also have a full recovery. I hope the best for all of you in the mean time. We'll be praying! I'll have my kids make some cards and send them. Good luck, take care, love you. ~ Heather

This was great (again) to read that Cameron is doing SO well! I love the picture of him on the bike...such good news. We fasted for Cam on Sunday, and my kids really paid attention this time. So, as hard as this has been for all of you, it was a great teaching moment for all of my kids, and I am grateful to you all for that experience. We are praying for Cameron every day, and I agree with you, he WILL be home very soon, and all back to normal in no time! Keep up the fabulous work! :)
