It's this time of year around here and I love it!
Fall is great, I loved it as a kid in St. Johns and I think I love it even more now. Of course Fall where I live is in a league of it's own. I don't know a soul who wouldn't love it.
Yesterday the clouds rolled in over Mt. Timpanogas and then it rained!
Lovely Sunday afternoon!
Today was the same. You could feel and smell Fall in the air and it rained again, all day.
I anticipated the call from my husband telling me how much he loves days like today and how he hears the mountains and the elk in them calling his name.
I was not disappointed. He called and said just that!

If any of you have never experienced Fall in Utah I highly recommend it. If you live in Utah you should take a drive up this way. You can even stay at my house!
The best Fall colors are yet to come and I will have pictures to prove it. Stay tuned

I love fall too--to bad we don't have all the beautiful colors of the leaves in Mesa.
They do turn colors in Show Low, but I'm afraid we aren't going to make it back in time to see it this year! 2 weeks left and counting!
I love fall, it is my favorite and I miss CO's fall so much.
I am having a little "fall fever" here is AZ though, you know the opposite of spring fever, I can't wait for the weather to cool so we can get out of the house. :)
Beautiful pics April! I especially love the one with the birds. Adrian and I would love to visit - he thinks your boys are the BEST! However, I don't have him for the next three weekends in a row. I have Wednesdays off though. We always enjoy spending time with fam.
This post made me TOTALLY homesick for Utah. We have a million trees here but no mountains.
