
In my attempts to get my children to eat their daily doses of veggi's, I have tried a few of the recipes in this cookbook, surprisingly, my kids and Mark and I have really liked what we have tried.
What we have tried so far:
Chicken Nuggets w/sweet potato
Oatmeal w/pumpkin
Pancakes w/pumpkin
Yellow cake w/pumpkin (I wanted to use up the whole can of pumpkin!)
What I am going to try this week:
Mozzarella Sticks w/sweet potato
Mac & Cheese w/butternut squash
Yogurt Pops
Alphabet Soup
Scrambled Eggs w/spinach
