Snow play

What do we do in the winter-time when all the world is white?

We bundle all up and find our sleds and hope that the sun will shine.

Hayden actually loves to go sledding and is really good at making it down the hill on the sled and then walking back up.  This particular day though he was very tired and just wasn't having the best time!
Colby tries out Cameron's snowboard and is really getting the hang of it.  He wants his own snowboard for his birthday.
Cousin Adrian and his mom Brandi came down from Ogden for the day.  The kid has NO FEAR! Not even the big jumps scared him!
Annie and Clara got to come out too because the sun was shining and it was warm enough.  It was probably their last sledding trip though because since this day we have about two more feet of snow and the temp dropped by about 20degrees.
Aren't they cute though in their matching hats and coats?

Just an FYI: it was -15degrees here last night and still -8 when we went to church.
The cold weather took awhile to get here but oh-boy is it here now!

I don't know how you do the -degree weather. I keep telling Boyd if it lasts much longer, I'm moving to Phoenix!

Where Clara's finger, frozen finger tenders!?! I am so mad right now, we had a good little snow here, and with the freezing temps it is ideal sledding conditions on most of the roads. The hill by our house is perfect, watched some little guys sled this PM, (what fun, kinda wishing I were their age again on my red ryder sled.) Until,ok I'll say it until the stupid city guy just came by with the blade. What's wrong with him, ruining those boys fun likethat:>{
